Register for the 8 week challenge. You can choose to run or walk or both. You'll have support and a plan to reach your goals, including outdoor or treadmill running/walking, plus strength building workouts to make your runs awesome.

Frequently asked questions
Absolutely yes! All fitness levels, walking and running, are welcome. More than anything this challenge is designed to serve all moms during the winter months who want to join a supportive community, get moving, and build a strong body. Walking or running will accomplish that! Come for the fitness, stay for the support, encouragement and fun!
If you've got the all clear from your doctor for exercise, you can do this. We do recommend a walk/run strategy (instead of all running) if you're less than 12 weeks postpartum. Otherwise, if you feel good, you should be safe to participate! We're including the Run Strong Mama training program which will help heal diastasis and help you to run safely as you train. We've also crafted all workouts in the challenge to be diastasis friendly. As always, listen to your body and adjust the runs and strength training as needed for your fitness level.
Nope! You can use the training plans for anything you want! It's always good to have a goal, and a 5K distance is a great goal when you're just starting out. But if you just want to run for leisure, the plans work great for that too!
Nope! We give you all the tools and resources you need to build a strong runner's body, but our way is not the only way. If you're just in it for the running, then skip the meals and focus on the fitness part. :)
We've made the price super low for this challenge at only $39! (Our normal live challenges run $79 for 4 weeks.) At that price, you will get to keep anything from the program that is downloadable, like the running plans, the meal plans, the supplement guide, etc. However, the community and private Facebook group access will expire at the end of the 8 weeks, and access to the strength workouts by Jenn Penney will also expire at the end of the challenge.
This one depends on you. You've got to be tough and committed to run outdoors through the winter in cold states. I did it for 5 years in Colorado, so I know it's a big ask. HOWEVER, you can do this plan on a treadmill, and we've got strength workouts and indoor cardio suggestions for too-cold-to-run days. There will be many days that will be brisk and beautiful for cold weather running!
